About the hotel

Ideally located amongst the luxury boutiques of Rue d'Antibes, near the famous Croisette and beaches, the residence offers some of the most spacious apartments in Cannes with areas ranging from 50 to 120m².

Cannes Croisette Prestige is made up of 2 buildings. One looks out onto Rue d'Antibes and its main shopping area, and the other one faces a quiet back street. You benefit from a privileged location to experience and discover the French Riviera, Juan-les-Pins and the jazz festival, Grasse and the perfume factories, Antibes and its old town, Biot and the glass art shops, and St Paul and its many art galleries.

Cruises to the Lérins Islands, St Tropez and Monte-Carlo can be arranged at the old harbour just 1.5 km from the residence.

  • You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Important Information

The hotel reception is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30.
There you can pick up the keys to your apartment and a card for the car park, when applicable.
Please inform the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours in order to obtain the access code to your apartment.
A welcome package will be sent to you with your reservation.
The hotel’ staff can be reached by telephone.

The 17 apartments are all soundproofed, air-conditioned and suitable for both family holidays and business trips.

In addition to the beds in the bedrooms, they all feature a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, fully-equipped kitchens, 2 TV sets, and WiFi access. Some of the apartments come with a terrace or a balcony.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, you can take a taxi or the Airport shuttle bus to Cannes (running approximately every 30 minutes), and get off at either Gray d'Albion or Gare Routière/Place de l'Hôtel de Ville Terminus.
